migrating TO wordpress with existing domain
-
Hi there,
I have a domain and running site elsewhere, but I’m switching. Just signed up for unlimited. My existing site isn’t WP, nor is it on the list of migrateable CMS’.I’m not sure what steps I need to take… do I install the them I want, then migrate content then switch domain or should I switch domain, then theme, then import content?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Only content in XML export files can be imported from the sources listed here https://en.support.wordpress.com/import/.
Themes cannot be migrated. The only themes we can use on WordPress.COM hosted blogs are found here https://wordpress.com/themes/ -
