migrating to WordPress.org

  Has anyone had any issues migrating your site from WordPress.com to WordPress.org? I have tried everything and cannot get logged into WordPress.org to finish the migration. I am trying to use WordPress thru ehost with a domain name registered to GoDaddy. At this point wondering if I can just delete the WordPress.com account and site and start over with WordPress and ehost.
