Migrating Website from Siteground to WordPress Free Hosting

I am looking to cancel my Siteground hosting plan. Is there a way I can move my website to the WordPress Free Hosting plan?

You certainly can!
However, you would lose the ability to have plugins other than the features in the Jetpack plugin (since Jetpack is a bundle of features developed here at WordPress.com). If you have any theme customizations, you would lose those as well.
Also, since you have a custom domain
ishitahurkat.com, you would not be able to use that on the free plan. You would need to upgrade to one of our paid plans to use that domain as your primary site address. You can review the different plan options here and find the one that best fits your needs:https://wordpress.com/pricing/
