  Hello, does migrating our website to WordPress cause changes to our SEO ranking?

  Hey there.

  Personally, I believe if the data on the site is the same (the site contents doesn’t change), then your SEO should be fine.

  If your content is changing and/or the domain name, there may be some changes.

  1. What publishing platform are you on currently and how long have you been there?

  2. How long have you been using your current domain?

  3. Are you currently using any paid-for or 3rd party features for SEO?

  4. What’s your current level of understanding about WordPress and SEO? For example, are you familiar with the popular SEO plugin Yoast?

  5. Lastly, what sort of timeframe are you looking at for such a migration?
