migrating with all in one WP pluggin

I downloaded the all in one Wp migration pluggin in the source site. It’s downloaded into a file.
It looks like I cannot download the same all in one WP migration pluggin on the new free website.
is there another way to migrate my website information to the new wordpress location?

Installing and using plugins in WordPress.com is a Creator or Entrepreneur plan feature. You’d need any of those plans to install the All-in-One WP Migration plugin in your destination site here.
