Migrating WordPress Blog from a Hosting Site

  This maybe asking too much
  a. Is there an automated way to migrate my hosted blogsite?
  b. I’m currently using my own theme, can I continue to use that on a Personal Plan?
  c. Is there a way to ssh or ftp files? Unfortunately I upload my frontpage photos via ftp/scp in <wphome>/wp-content/themes/myowntheme/images

  I’m also interested in the answer to this, as I’m considering moving a bunch of self hosted WP sites onto WP.com but need assurance that plugins and theme tweaks will be honoured. Particularly curious about WordFence migration, as ALL our sites use WF as par for the course.
