Migrating wordpress wesbsite from Docker to wordpress.com

I have built a website using wordpress Docker locally. I used of the premium theme to build my website assuming that the migration will be easy to wordpress.com. Unfortunately my assumption was wrong and I am having difficulties. I was wondering if there is a way that I can migrate my entire website including theme, content and all plugins I have been using from wordpress docker to wordpress.com. Thank you
