  I want to migrate my website to a domain i have with hostgator, they are requesting this information, and also I have some screenshots if there’s any way i can provide them? see below

  It is not possible to perform a manual migration (using server files from your original host) unless you first upgrade to our Business Plan, which will give you SFTP and MySQL access to perform your migration.

  Once you have upgraded you can access SFTP and MySQL as directed here:
