Migration from another hosting provider

  Hi,

  I am looking to migrate my WordPress site from another hosting company. The company has given me a backup of the site as a ZIP file. I have confirmed that this all works with Local.

  Am I able to use this ZIP file to migrate onto wordpress.com with the Premium plan?

  Will all the plugins I use be able to be imported with the premium plan?

  I noticed on the link you sent it says you need to have a business subscription, is that required only if you do it yourself?
