Hi @zzrock, I haven’t done an export from Opencart before, but it is possible to import into WooCommerce.
If you’d like to host with us, you would need to:
– Verify that you can export from OpenCart, and ensure you can get an importable format. You’ll want to be sure it matches the format of the file listed here:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/product-csv-importer-exporter/– Add a business plan to your site. You’ll need to use a temporary domain.
– Install WooCommerce, then import
– Configure the site as you like :)
– Point the domain name to the new site (support can help with this)
I’m not sure whether or how you could import past orders, though, so if that’s important to you, please look into that as well before proceeding. You’ll also want to consider how you want to handle orders that come through while you’re setting up the new site.
I hope this is helpful. Note too if you get the business plan, you’ll get priority chat-based support, so you’d be welcome to get in touch anytime for further assistance.
