Migration from Rackspace to Word press hosting

  Hi, We currently hosting our Word press site at Rackspace but we want to migrate it over to your hosting service. I could find an article on how to move to Rackspace but not moving from an external hosting to your hosting. Can you point me in the right direction? I guess I will have to purchase premium… Having a procedure that would help.
