  Hello, I am looking to migrate my site from Shopify to Woocommerce and I would like to know if my customers will be able to checkout using their native currency rather than GBP? Also, what is the best way to change over the domain name please?

  Hi jqwatches,

  There are two options for using WooCommerce:

  1. Installing WordPress.org software on another host.
  2. Through the Business plan on WordPress.com (the only plan that supports custom plugins like WooCommerce).

  WooCommerce provides the option to choose a store currency. By default, it only offers one base currency but there are options for adding multiple currencies.

  what is the best way to change over the domain name please?

  If you want to create a store on WordPress.com, an existing domain can be mapped or transferred here. Transferring the domain here will be the better option if you would like to manage the domain and site through one account.
