Migration from standalone to wp.com – images missing, no markdown export

  I’ve exported all my content from my standalone WP installation and imported it into a new site on wp.com.

  Everything, including media, was imported, but none of my posts has the featured image assigned as they used to.

  Also, my posts were written in Markdown (leveraging Jetpack feature), but they’ve been exported in HTML. Any way to export (and import) them as MD?
