Migration from WP.com to WP.org, Will CSS upgrade transfer?

  I’ve paid for css customization on wordpress.com and now am thinking I need to migrate to wordpress.org for e-commerce reasons.
  Will my css upgrade transfer over? Thank you everyone, your help is always prompt and on-point for new folks.

  No there will be no transfer of the upgrade. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate.

  However if you have a WordPress.ORG install the CSS upgrade is academic as you can change the CSS of the theme with no extra charge – You can change the code of the theme as much as you want – even to the point of crashing your site
