  I mistakenly signed up for wordpress.com instead of wordpress.org. I have paid BlueHost for a service to migrate my website for me. I’m still trying to figure out all the information they need to do so. They recommended reaching out to you saying my email address may be an issue. they said

  We believe the previous email address was provided but unfortunately doesn’t give our team an option to login as it states it sends the email address on file a link to login. This may be a feature you have enabled on your WordPress.com account. We would recommend reaching out to your old hosting provider for assistance with possibly disabling this if this is in fact the issue.

  Hi there,

  I see that you shared that the site you need help with is roamersatheart.org, you are sure that is spelled correctly? The reason I ask is because I noticed it is currently for sale so I wanted to see if you meant a different site instead?

  I do see your site https://roamersatheart.wordpress.com/ but it does not appear to have any blog post or pages on it currently. You are trying to set up this site to use a custom address instead of the “wordpress.com” address it is using now?
