migration issue with site redirect upgrade – permalinks and posts are blank

  bought site redirect update from wordpress.com at blog.paintball-online.com to wordpress.org at paintball-online.com/blog The redirect doesn’t work and I suspect it’s the /blog part of the URL. How can I fix this and also be able to change permalinks to rootdomain.com/blog/post-title – no date folders

  Hi there,

  From what it sounds like you’re looking for, our site redirect product may not be for you. It is somewhat limited in scope and cannot be customized to the level which you mentioned. Visits to specific posts or pages are automatically forwarded to the matching URL, and you cannot specify a customized rewrite rule (to remove the date, for example).

  If you would like, we can remove site redirect and refund it if you decide you do not want it within 30 days of the purchase.
