Migration issues

Last year I created a website using WordPress. It was migrated to Directnic and worked just great until recently when WordPress sent me an email indicating i needed to renew my subscription for $96 which was not required. WordPress changed my websites address to the site that was used to create Teamweurding.com. When questioned they indicated Directnic was pointing to wordpress and in order to correct this error I need to get where it is being sent at wordpress

    WP.com: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hi there,

I can confirm that your site Teamweurding.com is no longer connected to WordPress.com. However when you move away we are not usually aware of this. In this case the upgrades under your account were set to auto-renew on Feb 14th, and I can confirm that you have cancelled the renewal and issued a refund for your original purchase amount. You can see a receipt confirming this refund here:  https://wordpress.com/me/billing

You can expect to see the funds in your account, but it can take a billing cycle or two depending on your institution. I can confirm the refund was processed on our end, but you may also wish to contact your credit card company to confirm.

    More info: https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/#when-do-i-get-my-refund

You can confirm here that there are no upgrades on your account and there will be no future charges. https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.
