Migration of email followers to a self hosted site

  Hello,

  I’m now hosted this blog in a self hosted way. The new url is blog.stm32f4.eu and jetpack is connected to my wordpress account. Could please migrate email followers from WP.COM to the Jetpack STM32F4 blog ?
