Migration of stats from wordpress.com site to Self hosted

  Hi there,

  I recently moved my blog to a new self hosted address and have already activated the Jetpack plugin. Further I have been able to migrate the followers but have not been able to transfer the stats.
  Would like some help regarding that.

  Old URL: https://rashminotes.wordpress.com/
  New URL: http://rashminotes.com/

  Request stats to be please transferred from Old URL to the New URL.
