migration of subscribers not working

    I’m trying to migrate subscribers from one website to a new one. Jetpack is connected to both. I’m following the article and when i click on settings, migrate, and I’m directed to choose the domain with the subscribers…it’s not coming up. How do I contact actual wordpress support people?
