MIgration of WordPress Blog

I am trying to migrate my entire WordPress blog to a different server besides wordpress.com (plugins and all). Is there any easy way to do this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We need the URL of the blog in question beginning with http to help us provide an accurate answer. The URL linked to your name does not appear to be a blog of any type.

@jfagan8503 – Export your WordPress.COM blog contents: http://en.support.wordpress.com/export/
Then import it to your WordPress.ORG software based install: http://en.support.wordpress.com/import/
The import is pretty much the same for a .COM or .ORG install.
Support for your new site will be at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you will be using: http://wordpress.org/support/

Okay so just to be clear, a wordpress.COM blog does not support plugins and as such there is nothing more I need to do than just export the blog.

@jfagan8503 – yes
One point of caution – Don’t delete your old blog here at WordPress.com – (fagan4dnt.wordpress.com) once the name is gone it is gone forever and can’t be recycled. Just set it to Private. Also make sure your content transfers correctly before changing anything.
You will need to change the DNS Mapping so your name servers no longer point to WordPress.COM. That is done at where you registered your Domain name at.
