  Hi there,

  You can generate an export file of the content on your site at Tools ->Export in the dashboard:

  https://wordpress.com/en/support/export/

  Once you install the open source version of WordPress at your new provider, you can then import that file from Tools ->Import in the dashboard of the new site.

  Note that only your content can be migrated. We use a modified version of the WordPress software here on WordPress.com, and it’s not possible to migrate your entire site, as-is, to a different hosting provider.
