migration to siteground

    Good day, I had 2 sites on namecheap. I migrated 1 to siteground without problems. However, the 2nd site is gone… wp does not pick it up, sitegound does not have it in their records as one of my sites. Where to I find the site and where is the hosting now. I did the same with both sites, using the siteground migratory in wp to transfer the site. It still shows in my wp account but with an [!] next to it… I do not have access. Please help.

    This forum supports sites hosted on WordPress.com. The WordPress.com staff has visibility and access to WordPress.com accounts that it does not have for other hosting platforms.

    For the circumstances you describe, it will be NameCheap that can help you find your site and Siteground would help with migration.
