Migration to wordpress hosting

I believe our website is done in wordpress but hosted somewhere else. I would like to host at WordPress. if I have the WP admin user name and password, is that all I need to migrate it to WordPress hosting? I do not know anything about the backend of websites and I do not want the website to stop working.
