migration tool shows no wordpress.com options
-
Hello, I am trying to use the subscription migration tool as a part of jetpack to move my subscribers from https://goodsamchurch.wordpress.com/ to http://goodsam.community/. I go to the page and under “Move Followers From A WordPress.com Site”, there is a pull down menu with no options for wordpress.com sites (namely the goodsamchurch worddpress.com site). Is there something I am missing?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there. Did you activate and connect your Jetpack plugin to your WordPress.com account?

Yes,
The only thing that might be a little funky is step 7 where I got the following message before I clicked Connect to WordPress.com:
“Jetpack wants to connect the user <username for external wordpress site> at goodsam.community to <username for wordpress.com> at WordPress.com. To connect using a WordPress.com account other than <username for wordpress.com> please sign out first. Authorize the Jetpack connection?”
But, that all seems like it is reasonable stuff.

Okay. I’ve tagged this for staff to follow up. They’ll be able to check if you’ve correctly connected Jetpack, and they’ll be able to help you with migrating your subscribers.
Please make sure you’re subscribed to this thread and be patient while waiting for their reply.

I’m not sure what happened with the tool, but I was able to move your subscribers for you. You should be all set now.
