Mike Kossar: when new update comes, what to do first?

  Hello friends,

  This is Mike Kossar wants to know, when a new wordpress update comes, what should we do first?

  back up the entire website then update or just ignore them, is every update important, also want to know will it create any effect on my installed plugins!!

  Well, there is not need to take a back up of the entire website. Updates are very important, for security of the website. installed plugins will be unchanged, may I ask you why have you posted this query?

  Have you gone through anything, please share so that we can discussions more.
