Milestone Widget Has a Bug

  There’s a bug in the Milestone widget: I set the date for March 5, 2013 and the result that shows on the page is “2 months to go”. It should read “3 months to go” (today is Dec. 5, 2012). If I change the date to April 5, 2013, it correctly results in “4 months to go”; same with Feb. 5, 2013: it reads “2 months to go”. Only March reads wrong. Can this be fixed? Otherwise the widget is useless to me.

  Hi there, thanks for your report. The widgets shows the number of full months, and the calculation varies slightly based on the number of days remaining. We are aware of this and it’s on our list of things to improve.

  Thanks for your response.

  Why not just have it count down in months and days (i.e. 2 months, 20 days etc.)?

  Seems like it should be an easy fix.

  Thanks for your suggestion! The Milestone Widget was designed to show one large number – years, months, days, hours, minutes, etc. We are keeping track of users’ suggestions and might change it down the road.
