Min/Max Quantities plugin

Can the Min/Max Quantities plugin REQUIRE a person to select a set number of items from different categories?
Eg I have people who had prepaid
I need them to select EXACTLY 5 items from category X
EXACTLY 1 item from Category Y
And EXACTLY 1 item from category Z
Does it set exact item number allowed in cart as well?
