Mindbody Widget help

    I am having trouble using our Mindbody widget on our wordpress site. The widget that is responsible for opt-ins appears on a page we place it on but you cannot click on the section to type in information like name, email, phone, etc. You can click on comments and tab through the sections but that isn’t user friendly. Any ideas on what we can do?

    Hi, the site you’ve linked doesn’t appear to have much content posted recently. To confirm, is that the site you are referring to? If not, what is the URL of your website?

    I’m also not too sure on the “Mindbody Widget” you speak of, that isn’t offered on WordPress.com.

    Bare in mind that if your websites uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, you should post in the self-hosted forums or alternatively contact your hosting prover. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
