MINERVA KB TEST DRIVE … THIS IS FRUSTRATING

    Went to MinervaKB and clicked on the ‘create a TestDrive’ for me. Selected the classic and was presented with:
    Site URL
    Admin
    username
    password

    I had no clue what to do so I went to the URL site and that was unhelpful
    then went to admin and entered my WP account and password and that got rejected [[NOTE NOT SURE IF IN FACT IT WAS A MINERVA KB SITE with WP logo]] and that is why I was rejected. I know my WP account and Password correct

    Then get in an endless loop of getting rejected for the password and/or account and MY INITIAL MINERVA PAGE with URL/ADMIN/USERNAME/PASSWORD now lost/unavailable in the sense could not go back to the initial/previous page that had siteURL/Admin/username/password

    then go back to Minerva site and ask a second time for a CreateTestDrive and asked for a classic and get ‘Error happened:testDrive has already been created from your address or network. Try again later.’

    Well WTF, how am I now going to get access to the test drive???

    And I do not have a messenger account and so can not talk to MINERVA customer service. Some customer service.

  • Hi! You’ve actually posted in the forums for sites hosted at WordPress.com, such as https://wvcpulse.wordpress.com/ . That site won’t support plugins unless you upgrade it.
