Minimize Menu height

  Hey guys, I’t trying to minimize the height of the menu bar without changing the size of the text in the menu or having the layout change. It just takes too much space at the top and there’s heaps of blank empty space between the menu bar and the body of the page. How do I fix this or adjust the height of my menu.
