Does anybody know whether it’s possible to upgrade the Minimum theme by StudioPress to fully responsive?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Howdy,
Since Minimum is a premium theme, it’s best to check directly with the theme developer. You can access an exclusive forum for the Minimum theme at http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/minimum .
In looking at your site, I see that you used custom CSS to hide the footer credits at the bottom of the page. These are required per the Terms of Service for using WordPress.com. Please remove the CSS that hides that area on your site.
Thanks!

You have a premium theme so you can contact the designers themselves:

Along with the distinctive features and a gorgeous design, purchasing a premium theme for your WordPress.com site also gives you full access to dedicated support on the WordPress.com forums from the theme authors themselves, where you may also find customization tips for your theme. Only the site owners who’ve purchased a theme can post and reply there—though it’s publicly viewable to everyone.
Also, please read this information from the Terms of Service you agreed to when you started you blog on WordPress.com. Removing the footer attribution is grounds for suspension!
from http://en.wordpress.com/tos/11. Attribution. Automattic reserves the right to display attribution links such as ‘Blog at WordPress.com,’ theme author, and font attribution in your blog footer or toolbar. Footer credits and the WordPress.com toolbar may not be altered or removed regardless of upgrades purchased.

I did not use custom CSS to hide the footer or toolbar. Indeed, I have no recollection of hiding anything! If I’m obliged to carry this, please can I have the correct text and please can you tell me where and how to place it. Thanks.

HI,
You can access the Custom CSS area of your site via this link: https://eugenieverney.wordpress.com/wp-admin/customize.php#css
If you could remove, at least, lines 6-9 (the block starting with #footer .creds) and then click the Save button at the bottom-right of the screen, that’s all that is needed to bring your site into compliance.
Thanks for your quick action on this.
Cheers!
