Minor change in template

    Hello,
    we are using “Independent Publisher 2” by Raam Dev, however, we would like to move the mobile version menu button eihter up or down, at any rate, not center like it is currently implented in the template. Also, I would love to change the article “Continue reading” button to “Pokračovat ve čtení” button, which is czech version of the same thing.
