Miscalculated Stats!

  For some reason at around 7PM EST my stats will already start the next day. So basically my stats for today, started from 7PM yesturday. I checked my Settings and I’m in the right time zone. Someone help?

  All of wordpress.COM, stats and such, run on GMT/UTC due to the fact that people all over the world use wordpress. The setting for the time zone offset only applies to the date/time shown on your posts and such.

  It’s my only complaint of WordPress. It’s incredibly annoying that my stats move to the next day at 4pm PST, and I don’t understand why it can’t be fixed.

  It can’t be fixed because it isn’t broken! You still get 24 hours of stats.

  If you want your stats to match your time zone, use Active Meter or Site Meter.
