misleading wordpress site

  hello
  iam hoping someone can help me – It has been brought to my attention someone has a wordpress site that is bringing my company bad press – I have found out this has been set up by a competitor but I guess legally will find it hard to prove and also costly.
  how do I go about getting this page stopped – our legal people have said they can get involved but it will cost and suggested the first place to try was contacting word press but there does not seem to be any contact info other than this forum?
