Mismatch in pricing (INR and USD)

  Hi,

  The pricing for annual plan in INR for Business plan is INR640 per month billed annually. This should come to around INR 7680 or around USD 103. However, when I try to make a purchase it asks for USD 300 for the same plan.

  Need to understand why is there a mismatch in the costing?

  Hi there,

  We charge different prices for our plans in different countries/currencies.

  Your account currency is set to pay in USD, so that’s the price you’re being charged. If you live in India and prefer to be charged in INR instead, let us know and we can update the account currency for you.

  Hi Kokkieh! Thank you for your response. Two questions:

  1. What information you would need from my side for making the change.
  2. I am based out of India so do I need to pay INR 640×12 (which will come to around USD 103) or you would be converting USD 300 into INR while updating the account?

  Once changed, you’d be seeing the equivalent pricing but in INR.

  Thanks and yes please make the changes. If the pricing of INR 640 (as given on the website) is correct for Indian customers then the total annual payment should be around INR 7680. Hope this is correct
