  Sir,

  We have purchased a domain vipinsrivastava.org through Receipt ID: 94229753 on dated June 13, 2024, we build the pages contents and other details my attached email ID (email visible only to moderators and staff),

  We are in process to edit and launch, but same is not visible after many attempts although contents saved.

  I had also made another site also for blogging may be somehow affecting the same to get visible, the problem started when your mobile application downloaded yesterday on y mobile number +91-9772786699, the amount billed to me through ID vipinpalash31e0a957e8 and transaction details Transaction ID: ch_3PRBU5AEuzoIBr941X0Wz4El
  You are being requested please do the needful and suggest course of action, with backend support for setting Header and Footer.

  If any other side affecting the site streaming logged by me, please remove the same.

  Please help me to getting site live as earliest, same built by me first time.

  I can see that the domain name vipinsrivastava.org is used on the WordPress.com site, which was created using another WordPress.com account (linked with another email address), not the account you are reaching us from.

  Please log in to the correct WordPress.com account, and you should be able to access the site on vipinsrivastava.org as expected.

  I can confirm that the domain name is active, and the site has the Starter plan active with Professional Email (vipinsrivastava.org) subscription.
