Misscharges, refund

I attempted to upgrade my plan via a link in a WordPress email. I was charged twice, once without a discount and once with a discount. I contacted 24×7 wpsupport who sold me a plan and told me the other two charges would be refunded. They were not. I have attempted to cancel that purchase but it has not yet gone through and they told me I would have to go through you directly to have the first two charges refunded. I have tried to get a refund by going through the purchases section of my profile but it does not show any charges since 2020. Who can refund these charges please? I can send you a screenshot of my bank statement showing all of the above charges. Also, please note that I have been trying to effect these changes since June 21st.
