missed billing alerts

How can I consolidate all my billing to one account? We’ve missed alerts and and trying really hard to send you guys money.

If you have multiple WordPress.com usernames, we can move upgrades from one account to the other, but the “receiving” user will need to be an administrator on the blogs with the upgrades first, and then we will need to hear from you from both the account that owns the upgrade and the account where the upgrade should be moved to verify that you own both accounts and wish for these moves to proceed.

We have about 12 usernames, some for posting, some from turn over but bought account features.
Please consolidate billing alerts from hellotheresa, ballew, and Michael Pieracci <(email visible only to moderators and staff)> (I’m not sure what his blog account was) to fsioperations.
I will have these users post to this thread.

Please allow my access/ownership of the blog fontshopde.wordpress.com to be moved to owner fsioperations.
The blog mpieracci.wordpress.com shall remain under my ownership, as it is my personal blog.

To summarize for the blog fontshopblog.wordpress.com, would you like me to move the domain mapping and custom design upgrades to the user fsioperations? Do you wish the blog ownership to also be transferred to fsioperations?
If that’s the case, neither user who owns those upgrades has posted here, nor has the blog owner themselves. I would need to hear from the upgrades owners to transfer upgrades, and the blog owner if they wish to transfer ownership itself. It does look like fsioperations is an admin on that blog.
I see no upgrades for hellotheresa.

For fontshopde.wordpress.com, that blog is owned by the same user that owns fontshopblog.wordpress.com. I see no ads and custom design upgrades on this blog that are owned by mpieracci. The user fsioperations is not currently a user on fontshopde.wordpress.com and will need to be added as an admin for me to transfer the upgrades.
The user who is the owner of fontshopde.wordpress.com would need to post here if they wish to transfer ownership of this blog as well to fsioperations.

Right now, it looks like the user ballew has a domain mapping upgrade purchased but not applied to the blog fontshopblog.wordpress.com, likely because that upgrade already exists under a different user. ballew, please let me know if you would prefer a refund or for me to transfer to the current owner of that upgrade as an extra year purchased.

Yes, I am trying to consolidate our billing for blog.fontshop.com to user fsioperations to avoid missed billing alerts due to turnover. User ballew (who posted here, and is also my account) has the billing info for the domain mapping. I just figured out that user davidsudweeks did the last style sheet renewal, so I will track him down and ask him to post to this thread.

Do you wish to transfer the blogs to your account? If so, I would need to hear form the blog owner.
Finally, let me know what you wish to do with the domain mapping you purchased under ballew.
Sorry this is so complicated. All of these precautions are for security and privacy reasons, and I appreciate everyone’s cooperation. :)
