Missed Domain Renewals 6 Months Ago, How Can I Get It Back?

    I had missed my domain renewals 6 months ago. The notification in my dashboard links me to purchases but doesn’t have where I can renew it. WordPress.com still has the domain because I cannot register it with a different registrar. I need help to get my domain back active and possibly transfer it to a different registrar.

    If your domain name expired 6 months ago, it could be register by someone else or dropped. Check if you can register again http://www.moscom.com if available register it right away.

    Hi Gretchen –

    gretchenarcher.com expired back in February and was recently cancelled from your account. The domain has not yet reached redemption, which is good. I’ve emailed our domain partner to request that your domain be reactivated.

    I’ve sent a manual payment link to your email address on file to renew this domain. Please reply to that email letting me know that you’ve completed the payment.

    I suggest setting up auto renewal with an active card via Manage Purchases after we get the domain added back to your account. This will prevent future loss of the domain due to expiration.
