  How can I renew my domain if it is a couple months past due?

  Hi there,

  Is this for societenaturale.com?

  That domain expired on 9 September and has already been removed from our system. The domain will soon enter redemption at our domain provider, at which point there are additional fees to get it back.

  I’ve sent you a payment link to pay for the renewal. Please pay as soon as possible so we can contact our domain provider and request that they restore the domain.

  It’s possible the domain is already in redemption but just not showing as such yet. We’ll only know for sure once we contact our domain provider, but if they reply that the domain is already in redemption there will be an additional $80 fee before we can recover the domain.

  Please tag ALL thread related to expired domains for staff. We can see if an account has any recently-expired domains, and domain expirations are time-sensitive so it’s best that we help with them quickly.
