missed renewal notification ……what now..

  I have had this blog for several years.. I am always alerted when it is time to renew.. WHAT HAPPENED THAT I DIDN’T RECEIVE AN ALERT this time.. consequently now my blog has been zapped back to wordpress.com .. When i renew will i still retain my blog exactly as it is.. or will it change..
