Missed schedule errors (back again)

  There “missed schedule” status appears for posts that were put as a future post (for example 2 hours ahead).
  I don’t know why and how to fix that – to publish that missed posts.
  Couldn’t you just publish them (even not on time) instead of “missed schedule” status?

  There is an plugin which do that for wordpress installed on own domain but I don’t know how to install this here on wordpress.com.
