  To check, is related to the site cedric-altherr-masseur-kinesitherapeute.fr? The reason why I ask is because this site is not hosted with WordPress.com, and so the email may not have come from us.

  Did the email mention a routine plugin/theme update? This is quite common with self-hosted WordPress sites.
