Missing “About” Page in Ocadia theme
-
I have an “About” page, but is isn’t showing up. I’ve checked – on my dashboard it is showing Published, not password protected, and its “parent” page is the Main Page. Any idea what may be going on? Or is it there and “hiding” somewhere? When I go to Preview Page from my dashboard, it takes me there – but when I “View Site” from Dashboard, I don’t see it anywhere on my main page. My blog is: http://amateursadventuresinart.wordpress.com
Thanks.

Wow! Brilliant! Thank you Vivianpaige. I had no idea it took a widget to get pages to show up. thanks so much!

I know it’s stating the obvious, but it’s because of the theme you are using. A lot of themes don’t have a navbar, “Ocadia” being one of them, so the only way you can get to the other Pages on your blog is by using the Pages widget.
I think this is also true for Child pages in all themes if you don’t link them from somewhere on the Parent page. Even though Cutline has a navbar, this is the reason I’m also using the Page widget on my blog.
