Missing Account Login

  Hello, I am currently trying to log-in to a site created by my father in 2016; however, it says that neither his email nor his username are recognized. We have all supporting documentation regarding both the domain and the host, but nothing specifically linked to WordPress. We also still receive emails from Word Press regularly at this email. I tried calling, but it appears Word Press no longer offers this meaning there is no way for him to directly address this himself. If someone could shed some light on possible solutions, it would be greatly appreciated.
