Missing Admin.php

  So i downloaded wordpress yesterday, and i noticed that i was missing a file, that file was ‘Admin.php’ in the frontpages folder, I thought the download link might be broken at that time so i redownloaded it 5 times, all from https://wordpress.org/download/ and i didn’t get the file, so i thought that this pc might be the ‘issue’ so i downloaded on a second pc from the same website and i didn’t get the file either. Is there something i’m doing wrong or?
