Missing administration rights after password changes

Hey. I renewed my credit card number and changed my login. I do not know what went wrong, but I can not get admin right over my page. What may have gone wrong. When I log in, I come to a page that says create a website. I have had WordPress website for the last many years. I’ve been happy with this one. Could it be the domain name that is not correct? or what? I need a Danish interface for help. I hope to fix the problem soon. I often post updates.

you must be logging into the incorrect account. Since you have a paid upgrade on your account, please look for the recent transaction ID: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id
Once you have it, please send it to
passwordhelp@wordpress.comand our Account Recovery team will help you access your account.
Do not post the transaction ID here as these are public forums. -

You will need to stick with the Account Recovery process, but here’s one easy trick you can try:
Try commenting on the site. The correct email address will usually get a notification, then you can use that account to log in. Be sure to check all email addresses, including any you may have created to start the site.
