Missing an editing pencil in Jetblack theme. Vital!

    I installed Jetblack through WP and all the edit pencils are there but one. Under What I Do in the About Me field the pencil is missing. It appeared once briefly giving me enough time to change just one picture. The issue is that all the other edit pencils are present. Logo pencil is present, Contact pencil is present, Find Us pencil is present. It’s all good apart from the What I Do pencil in About Me. It appeared once very briefly then disappeared. I’m a bit of a newbie to be honest but it’s definitely not there and so it’s not editable. I can’t change the sample pictures or sample text so can’t launch the blog site. I’ve tried different browsers (Chrome, Firefox and Edge) many thanks to anyone who can help

    Oh, that site is hosted with Bluehost, not with WordPress.com so we can’t really help.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.     You can look for help at the community forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/. I’d also suggest checking the theme’s support forums or, if possible, contact the developers directly.
