Missing Appearance menu in Dashboard

  Hello,

  On my Dashboard I’m missing the Appearance section. The side has been created several (around 7) years ago, can this be the problem? Does anyone know how to fix it, and get the Appearance menu back?
  We need to update the ‘About’ section, and the cover image, both should be changed via Appearance if correct.
